I’m guessing they know around when things will fall into place, minus the marijuana federal decriminalization bill. They and/or their family & friends are likely buying a little at a time, all from weak hands and market-makers looking to play games with the price, which they can do because it’s the OTC/pinks (where nearly everything is 90% down from all-time highs) and the demand in general is extremely low.

It’s all about faith/gambling and patience. Everything here looks on the up-and-up, unlike most other microcap companies. When the rate hikes end, likely early next year, as they will inevitably have to turn the printing presses back on both at home and abroad, I believe the announcement we’ve all been waiting for will occur and this will absolutely explode.
