You get use to working in the heat; here in Florida the real feel temp gets over 100 deg quite often in the summer then add 85 % humidity on top of that. If you don’t work you don’t get paid, it’s not that unusual to have to work in these conditions you drink a lot of water and take your salt tabs. I’m not guessing I’ve worked outside in heavy construction of just a few months shy of 50 years in weather anywhere from zero to a 110+ from Northern NJ to Florida. In hot springs you have the heat but you don’t have the high humidity to contend with. I took a better look at existing photo of The Plant; go to NutraNomics web site the cover photo is taken while it is in use and not a doctored photo I think you will agree. Now right click on the photo and open it in a new tab on your computer. Magnify the image and tell me what you see, I see roof completed with some skylight open and grow tables with green plant in them and your looking through glass side walls you can see the divider strips on them. Am I the only one who see this, will some one agree with me or give me a reason to dispute it. There are also photos of the plant employees standing out side the building in a group waving at the camera. Greenhouses are used to control the environment; they control the heat and humidity as well as letting in the sun light. Fans and skylights control the heat you don’t want to cook what you’re trying to grow; a controlled environment is what you’re shooting for.
