Look like they maybe getting some big trucks after all. Bet if you can move ash you can move rocks ! Government loves to spend money on this stuff open checkbook. This should start attracting investors looking to make world a better place. Investors that live or go to places where water is turning into a commodity. If you bought companies because of bottled water this is your next horizon. Your just gonna need water not want it.
