I think stock-up WAS wrong about the cusip #, but you still miss the point about preferred. Not ALL preferred IS convertable to common, some can be sold and re-sold as preferred and has no conversion option. THAT is the point. I didn't ask for your "stand" on the common, just noted that THAT was what you chose to ignore.
