No refund - although escrow in DSCR filings are "intact" with $74 in the bank.

I didn't get a refund, I got an email from ALT5 Sigma, nothing from DSCR, accept bounced emails.

$2,500,000 was sold by the DSCR promotion of the DSC Coin. The same promotion from Russell Smith personally via an May 11, 2021 press release stated that the DSC Coin was backed by 2,100 ounces of Gold & Silver along with 2,100 BTC and ETH.

Lying to people that you have $100,000,000 when you don't is the real damage. Hiding this in mandatory filings is why they are in Caveat Emptor status.

Selling $50,000,000 in a stock pump and dump off this lie, is why the US Attorney is chalking this one up for a grand jury.

All the promoters in April/June 2021, use of social media is nails for indictment. Some of the most blatant inside information pump and dumps ever.

Not in size, just blatant "the rules don't apply to me attitude".

Please try to explain the fake assets backing the DSC Coin. I am sure you have an answer for this. All I have to do is look at your old post stock promoter.
