My next door neighbor is one of the partners in the law firm that my wife works for as a NALA Paralegal. I am curious what he will have to say about this as he is very well versed in securities law and has a LOT of experience with Nevada. I tried to contact him this AM but I wont be able to speak with him at any length until the afternoon (maybe a little sooner if his schedule allows) but if I discover any new/big revelations I will post accordingly.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
