I've noticed that as well; but here are my questions; maybe you'll give your perspective.
Why would the Co. still need his assistance; They have a very strong and increasing cash position.
If he has already converted shares; isn't it in his best interest for the stock price to rise, so he can sell higher, rather than lower.
Why in your opinion, hasn't the Co. revealed the size of the gotten govt. contracts, or the terms to the acquisition that was made a couple months back.
Though all felt there was dilution; the Q posted from last week, doesn't reveal any.
