Multiple falsehoods in this post. I will start with the most glaring and obvious one.

NTH Solutions is not presenting anything today, the event has been postponed. This poor "key staff" member has made the journey all for naught... or maybe this whole spiel is entirely made up?

Anyone who truly is connected in with the NHS and involved in the UK would be aware of what is going on the UK right now, and why the event was postponed. It has been postponed for over a week now, it's on their website and all their social media. I am sure they notified attendees directly, but attendees would know the event is not happening today.

And as for the rest of the post... also fiction. Are you telling me that NYC Hospitals are using "nightmare scenario" machines, and have been using them for several years now? No where has it ever been documented that PCT's machines have "poor electrolysis"...
