Also don't let wishin' and hopin' get in the way of HARD FACTS..

ASTA has been in EM for a year....

Common sense says... it will be in EM for much much longer.

I don't get why anyone would be buying a stock/company/ceo that has done NOTHING.

Hell, Tiny Mickey can't even win an "easy" lawsuit. I believe that was what was said about the Dillion case.

BUMMER that the Dillion case was VOLUNTARILY Dismissed after just one week...

and Really Weird it wasn't filed until May 2022 especially since it was stated it was filed in Jan/Feb...

it's been 126 days aka 18 (Eighteen) WEEKS since the lawsuit was dismissed.

Bummer about the Sanctions and Contempt of Court against Mick Davis and his attorney in the BL lawsuit. Oh yea and Tiny Mickey HAS to answer those discovery questions... Court Order. Wonder why he never has answered them? Nah, I don't wonder.

NOPE, Wishin' and Hopin' won't help ASTA get out of EM.
