Looks like there may be a little trouble in paradise. A few weeks after shady attorney Daniel Garrigan filed the suit on behalf of Eddie Vakser and Protek Capital against Barry Mezey and Superstar Management Group, Vakscam did set up a trust using Daniel Garrigan's name in September of 2021.

I just went digging in the Collin County records again and much to my surprise Vakscam abandoned the use of the name, Dan Garrigan DPG Trust, in January of this year. Was Garrigan unhappy with scammer boy using his name??????
