Thanks for all your explanations. I believe that none of the current court cases will amount much of anything accept wasting time. I believe the SCOTUS gave the shareholders the key to resolving the SPSPA. The contract was signed by an executive directly reportable to the President on behalf of FHFA. The same contract was also signed by the secretary of the Treasury also directly reporting to the President. Under Common law a contract needs more than one party. I thought the SCOTUS would use this in their ruling but I guess they want a shareholder to file a case.
