Nws was okay by scotus based on lies, because based on lies it wasn't an overreach in their opinion with bogus HERA language.

Until, IMO, Lamberth or Rop set it straight.
Then, IMO, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

It is what it is, UNTIL it isn't.
That's what courts are supposed to be for. Setting things straight. We'll see.
