Don’t know why you care about the selling of the shares so much it’s not a lot of volume! I could think of many reason why it happens.

1. Someone bought shares in the .0012 - .0020 range before and got scared. So they sold.

2. Someone wanted to move money to a different play, so they could make money now. I have done this before

3. Someone feels they can buy the shares back at a lower price maybe the can’t maybe that can’t. Example I have a ton of shares and i sold about 5 million at .0030 a while ago and I’m looking to buy them back at .0020 or lower

The day to day doesn’t bother me! The lack of info on the reg 1a bothers me! Where are we??? Why don’t we have the 5 million? Did someone back out of investing?
