I got an account a long time ago, I don't remember the specifics of signing up. I just know that there is no annual membership fee or anything and there is only demand for payment if I want to see an entire document beyond the free portion of the first page.

Somehow I figured it out and have had access for years.

Knowing what is true and what is BS with custos when many do not has been unbelievably worthwhile. I know who is lying. I know who is exaggerating. I know who is telling it like it is with exact accordance to the court documents. And who is not.

You should probably contact the Court for further assistance with getting access. I'm all tapped out, I just know that I sign in and I have access with no payment needed unless I want a full document.
