The “reorganization” is complete. They sold the assets to the stalking horse bidder. There wasn’t enough to pay the debt so shareholders get nothing. Stock registration will eventually be revoked.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
