So on 8/16/2021 Eddie registered "Dan Garrigan DPG Trust" as an "assumed name" apparently owned by himself personally as a "sole proprietorship" whose "business address" is his (Eddie's) house which is or has been the "principal business address" of over a dozen other companies Eddie runs.

Three weeks earlier, on 7/27/2021, the two of them filed their lawsuit against Barry Mezey and the Texas Attorney General.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't lawyers typically set up trusts? Was such a trust ever actually established? If so, what's in it... Blackdraco tokens, Sky Jones paintings, T-shirts?

Based on Eddie's dismal track record of running any "business" what possible purpose could such a trust serve if not to funnel assets/ payments into and protect or shield them others?
