Anything is possible. It was also possible Veemost was just waiting for the case to end to jump back in. That sure didn't happen.

Heck, it was even proclaimed that Veemost dude would want to only deal with Frank because of familial loyalty, having their backgrounds in common.

After JPEX, turns out Veemost dude wanted nothing to do with any of Frank's ample supply of available tickers - he bought his current ticker back in June, one that had no Frank involvement whatsoever.

I wonder why he said Sayonara to Frank. Must have had good reason to eschew that familial relationship and everything.
