Oldest trick in the pos-land CEO playbook is putting a big number in an offering then let reality arrive over the next several months that follow when none of the millions of dollars in said offerings arrive.


Well over a decade ago there was a $10M offering that no funder ever participated in, followed by Eric's infamous "he's supposedly identified friendly funders & that friendly funding was supposedly only 90 days away" hogwash only to never deliver the carrot dangled "friendly funder" bs but instead deliver a reverse split.
