These ozzie scammers are not lithium miners, they have never been lithium insiders/players, they are totally incapable of performing even a basic DeMerger (ref: see Bearing's DeMerger from Lions Bay), they have not talked to any financiers other than those limpdick faggot useless japs at Mitsui going nowhere, they can't even arrange one single basic off-take agreement in a world awash with countless lithium buyers clamoring for lithium, they have secured zero politicians supporting us in Chile (mainly because they are physically never in Chile to talk face-to-face to anyone)... the only thing these low-life ozzies can do occasionally (and momentarily at that) is artificially jack (pump) their share price up (using TheGekko, BushStar, Arcpro, FrankRockefield, et al) and execute a CR (Capital Raise) once or twice a year on the already broken backs on their shareholders. And the last thing we want to do now is become a LPI shareholder in a stock swap (eg 0.784 LPI share for 1 Bearing share) for their constantly-diluted trash and to be sold into the slavery of nonstop constant CRs to support their lazy do-nothing piggishly-fat management.
