$OPXS is buying back 4 Million dollars of the float. 12 Mil share float is going down.

US DOD Defense hardware sole source supplier to $GD General Dynamics and also has retail sports optics sales, is and has printing money like crazy, that is why they are buying back shares. OTC-QB could planning an Up list.

PE is a gotta love me story.. And NATO is fired up to spend money for years now...
