I have to agree with PART of what you say, TMM investors WERE defrauded. However, YOU keep posting that it was all a matter of public record, at least the "toxic financing" was........so is that fraud? Even YOU, Fisty, have said that QBID owned QTN at one time, so they did, indeed, invest in QTN.
