Here, for instance, the lawyers have asked until Nov 1 to complete performance stuff before dismissal. Mind you, I do not agree that that means lawsuits are dropped on Nov 1 as has been claimed, nor do I think it is any kind of "deadline" that has legal repercussions if missed. Nov 1 is just the next hearing scheduled, by which time the lawyers think they should have the performance stuff done.

Learn to do DD and always examine it for yourself. Only a fool blindly trusts opinions from anonymous strangers on the internet.
