Reading the tea leaves-Maybe Vankat did us a favor by waiting

as inflation rises and the market is very weak. Tying it in with that
decision is perhaps he is protecting the existent shareholders.

If his plans are to keep the float intact-as suggested by gg and Aladdan,
then his wating helps us.
