The company has not filed any Financials for 3 years plus the company is in bankruptcy. The SEC Admin. Law Judges will absolutely revoke the company's SEC registration so there will no ticker/symbol when that occurs, but shareholders will still own shares with an identifying number. Perhaps the bankruptcy Judge will address the NOL's when the company is either reorganized under Chapter 11 or dissolved under Chapter 7.
