That is certainly a terrific discovery, but it needs to be, in your own words, read "more carefully". Just the first 7 lines tell most of the story:

IPIX is what is known as a foreign corporation in Florida. ("foreign" in State legalese means a different State, not some other Country).
"State NV" indicates that it is currently domiciled (the home State in which it was organized) in Nevada.
There is no reason at all to think that the above Florida "Detail by Entity Name" is not current as of today.

You also note that "The last annual report was filed January 2022 and status is active". Did you read that report? It's pretty interesting and it's very brief, just like the one that was supposed to be filed in Nevada.
In the "Officer/Director Detail" it lists Ehrlich as CST (I don't know what that stands for but if I had to guess it would be CEO Secretary Treasurer) and only ONE Director......Schechter. What happened to Zorik Spektor? Has he bailed? That would require an 8-K filing with the SEC so he couldn't have, could he?
Could that be why Leo has failed to file the Nevada Annual Report? A desire not to acknowledge the unreported departure of a Director? That's pure speculation of course (even if it fits other known facts), but there's no other known reason for his failure to file that NV report and none has been offered either here (except for your baseless Florida speculation) or from the Company.
