Credibility is a vital part for any company, let alone start ups. With the lack of transparency, clarity, and now undermining of the equity with sub valued share sales, adds up to a lack of credibility and fiduciary recklessness. Remember, Dave said that they held gmer as special and share structures tight. I believe that Dave and company have lost their way and not showing real intent on getting this into viability. A letter to shareholders at the minimum, with real communications might help. But could well be to little to late. 3 canceled conferences and now this? Long shareholders deserved far better than they've received. The OTC is already under criminal restrictive forces by this regime, adding the current actions by corporate didn't help. I personally am involved with a minimum of 20 investors that meet weekly to discuss stocks, options, etc. Collectively a lot of years and capital to invest. I've communicate previously on the stock for investments, but since witnessing the key breaks at 50, 30s, I've reduced to sell and a current hold for the longest. It's one of the few speculative on the otc that have had any discussions. I don't, nor others when we gather, even mention this issue any longer. That's how far and long corporate has failed in bringing shareholder value back. The sound bites, fluff by "ALL" at corporate, are worth zero. Execution, filings, and fiduciary actions, are the only things that matter. They're over paid/compensated, under staffed in key areas, and irresponsible on shares and investment capital. Dave knows better, so does the Via One board. They can do better, they should do better, and hopefully they will make painful and necessary adjustments to get back on track. If they can't, then so be it and communicate it etc. We all know it isn't easy integrating software and technicals, but staying the course and undermining the equity is sop on the OTC. Rise above it or risk losing their uplist and investing community.
