Does anyone else see a discrepency between ownership in this statement?


First Canadian American Holding Corporation (OTC: FCDH) announces that effective today its name is Blackout Media Corp. and will start trading under its new symbol (OTC: BKMP).

"The change to Blackout Media Corp. is a another step in the direction of aligning ourselves closer to our core asset which is our working interest in Blackout Communications Inc. which in turn runs and owns the majority of The Fight Network," says Sandy Winick, President of Blackout Media. "We are very excited by this change which better reflects the future of our company."
