They own mining rights on 102 wells and so long as those wells contain a good amount of lithium, not to mention other minerals, they will be able to join the party. An exaggerated example, but even 10-15 years they wouldn't be late to the party.
It will take time, many here have said months for just the next step in the process not the finish. However, we've seen our markets and gov't be pushed to expedite business development if there is a need for it. Lithium is a Critical Mineral after all.
