Obviously Moochaelians never gave an eff about pharma, investors, laws, rules, filings, decency, or even what is left of the shell. Any halfwit knew enough to know they should have had a licensing partner lined up the moment they had ibuprofen polarized. Instead they choose illegal toxic debt deals combined with defrauding the SEC and investors as the desirable path. The DR deal was supposedly ready to be completed last fall according to the next to last conference call you claim are insightful. Here it is virtually a year later. The Mexican deal was supposed to be done last winter. Here it is the better part of a year later. I have read your posts. All that is talked about is the FDA because it takes the longest.and can be bullshitted about indefinitely.. These a-holes make one excuse after another without accomplishing a single constructive thing year after year. Didn't they just announce they would file? And of course they do not. They do not give an eff if the company is delisted. They operate illegally and do not have to cover it up with fraud.

Of course, they no criticism in taking a torch to investors' hard earned money and not working a single honest moment in years.
