$SINC sincerity Applied Materials. Special situation - PRE-IPO And pre- NASDAQ Uplist opportunity !!!

This company was created to do an IPO Of the privately-traded Chinese company, Simcor = A leader in Engineering plastics. As you know recent IPO's of Chinese private company have been tremendous 2500% gains on some of them!

This is a third generation company in the family of YIWEN "JAMES" Zhang. Rather than the tremendous upfront charges in a normal IPO,James has chosen To bring simcor public Through a 3A10. So, quite simply, We have Infinity fund Creating the Funds for the takeover of Simcor.Again, this was done in place of a normal Wall Street IPO.

The acquisition has been negotiated + all terms agreed to, And the following Highlights pertain:
Simcor guarantees revenues of.$10 million for the first year. And $1,000,000 in net.
Simcor further guarantees a 50% increase in revenues and income for the next two years after the acquisition.
So : four cents the first year, six cents in year two, $0.09 in year 3.
Then, knowing that the PE ratio for publicly traded Engineering Plastics stocks is 50 to 60...

Multiply the .09 times 60 and you have a target price of $5.40. This is without larger growth each year, which is expected... and without Any contributions from Further planned strategic acquisitions.

So what is the suggestion? It is quite simply to start buying the stock in the $0.20 range and All the way up to $0.80. I shall create a further review when we reach $0.80.

Here is the story on Sincerity/Simcor = https://microcaps.com/a-unique-play-in-engineering-plastics-and-green-materials/

And here is the Intrinsic value story = straight from James, The CEO and founder of Sincerity and a third generation member of the Simcor family...= Live Webinar Makeup - Market interact with our 3a10 hedge fund following Intrinsic value
