That's why I keep saying that a jury trial may not be such a great thing.

The first question they will ask the potential jurors is - "How many of you will not be able to take off the next 3 weeks?" And all hands will go up.

So that leaves the army of the unemployed and folks with the IQ of a door nob in the jury pool.

If I was the Government I would kick out every potential juror who knows 1+1=2 for cause.

Two to three weeks of this boring crap will be beyond human endurance. And the government will constantly harp on the evil hedge funds who supposedly hold all the shares.

But a jury trial it is! God help the stockholders.
