I find it odd that Viston United Swiss AG didn’t have a back-up or plan”B” to acquire PQEFF if this original plan didn’t go through. All that time, effort and money they spent to go through this exercise and nothing to show for it! Odd to say the least!

Next question is where do we go from here?!
