I believe TG Private equity is selling shares. I have no idea the arrangement, but they got them for .0001 and .0002 each, so whatever they are sold for is a huge gain. That money will then be loaned to NSAV, at extremely generous terms, to do a/the deal. If they sell about 12 million shares per week, it comes to 50 million per month. At an average of .0042 it comes to about $200K a month. I think when they get to a million bucks, they will quit. It's been going on for some time, so they may be close. This is total speculation, but I think it is possible. IMO.
