You may very well be correct. However, I do not see a reason for the need to uplist. He also promised to uplist the Parent Company last year, which never happened.
31 Shares were traded in that Stock yesterday. (Thirty One). My issue is that all year long he had an opportunity to Tweet about financials and talk to us. All he did was Tweet about new products and the cost of a Processing Machine. I know of one CEO that actually does videos warning that he could very well fail and fold.
He actually recommended Trading his Stock and not holding it long-term.
Now THAT is a CEO!
We believed in Koichi and he hurt many people. I am glad I have the security in knowing that I hold other SubPenny Stocks, one of which had a 100% gain yesterday retracing from a 200% one-day gain.
I am an Open Book. I do Stock updates when one of my positions has a big enough move up or down to report.
