Correct, both the preferred share creation and the recent AS increase were illegal, just as most of the previous AS increases have been. Never once was a vote of commons conducted as the AS number went from 500 million to 2.5 billion with no voting control by the company until the illegal issue of the preferred shares.
Yet, it continues to be ignored by the SEC.
