Great work Wagner, Richard, Crit & all! Appreciate everyone's contributions.
In addition to the road work Wagner has posted. Niocorp should also need to establish
a) Security fenced in area (w/camera's to establish safe secure working area & communications)
b) Security guard- (Local Security firm?) (Utilize existing home on property & rest-room facilities) (Temporary power via Generators look for local rental companies bringing in such equipment)
c) Fire Permit! From Fire Marshal of residing township (Important!)
d) BM & others have mentioned grubbing activities will be needed prior to Hydrologic testing's (which are needed to sink shafts & freezing)
e) Additional smaller local contractors may start on the above prior to EPC Contractors commencements. (Conex/ Temporary offices etc...)
Look for movement on Water, Electric & Gas utilities to site: I.E. long lead items. Some of these projects may show up on Nebraska siting council/Counties meeting minutes etc...

NioCorp Developments – Possible water main project & estimated costs. The mining company is interested in tapping into City water supply and piping it to the mine site. May need 500 –2,000 gallons per minute. Discussed the need to evaluate our water supply capacity and the needs of the community to see if the project is feasible. Olsson’s will work on the study and provide some estimated project costs.

Off course all T.B.D. once substantial finance is completed. (A,B,C,D.... methods including govt. cheese for debt are all on the table! "Should be an exciting & interesting run into October Presentation/s???????? "
I thought this would be happening in 2020 so this is a very good sign indeed that major equipment is on site!
Go DEMO! - Go Team Niocorp & L3
