KoH, The two emails confirm that GNCP depends on PDIV funding for its operations.

- On a positive note, it is possible that GNCP (USAL) has made all payments to AMLM (Searchlight) to keep the current Lithium/Uranium agreement active.
- At the same time, it appears PDIV Controlling Shareholders have no qualms about liquidating GNCP if it does not live up to its commitments.

We probably won't know if GNCP met its commitments until the next filing, either from PDIV, GNCP or AMLM.
