I doubt that has to do with the project.

IMO That is most likely a normal infrastructure project that has been going on in SE nebraska for years. I dont think they would be spending money they don't yet have on a fiber install they won't need for quite a while. But thats just reality. It doesn't exist here. Everyone is back to the mob mentality that overtook the board during the air permit dust up. No reason to be burying fiber for the mine right now. That would drain 10s of 1000s of dollars (if not more) that they cant afford yet in my opinion. Shrug.

that installation could very well service the mine in the future but I doubt its part of the project.
