TODOS the mother company of 3CL Pharma is planning a reverse split and has created a Newco to handle Tollovid and Tollovir and this private Newco....3CL Pharma (not sure if the name will stick) is going to raise million$ in a crowd funding deal then possibly spin off from Todos and NCL (private) as a Public traded company
