USCorp (OTC: USCS) is pleased to announce a further update since its press release on June 27 2022, regarding its plan to build an internationally acclaimed brand in beauty and wellness called Princess Elite.

On September 12, 2022, USCorp entered into an agreement to acquire USCS FZCO, a Free Zone Company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. USCS FZCO is set to become a subsidiary of USCorp with the purpose of operating the Princess Elite flagship store in Dubai.

The proposed consideration for the acquisition of USCS FZCO by USCorp is 900,000,000 USCorp common stock. USCS FZCO is currently owned by USCorp Chairman Mr. Shutian Hu.

The Princess Elite flagship store is scheduled to open in December 2022.

Additional information on the Princess Elite brand and future USCorp undertakings will be made accessible as they become available.
