If not for the dilution, this share price would easily be at .10 cents if not more. Could they have approached financing differently? Probably, but debt can also be crippling if not navigated properly. A path has been set and a RS is on the horizon as a few of us predicted. I don't think it will be crippling to long time shareholders, but just not the windfall many have dreamed for. I think they need some additions to management or directors that are capable of taking the company to greater heights.
