LOL I didn't want to post that detail. It's also mentioned under their Private M&A section. One description under their "Private M&A section reads like this:

Apart from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, our team assists with spin-outs, management buy-outs and investments, private equity or venture capital.

When clients embark on joint ventures or strategic alliances, we clarify mutual goals, structure agreements and negotiate to meet objectives.

Also, the description says an "investment," so that is usually not the term you use for private merger/takeover. We'll see soon enough. If people want to sell, I'll be waiting at lower prices.
