I think we are on nearly the same page too, but IF you are looking for a job, and one is offered (in this economy) most people take it. These people are not investors who research a corporation, they are people who often live paycheck-to-paycheck and don't have the luxury of fielding multiple job offers in order to take the best one.
IF investors didn't know that pink sheet stocks were risky, they have NOW learned an expensive lesson. As far as staying and choosing to work past...."for the cause", on 2 occassions that I know of, staff was told only that the checks would be delayed. Various reasons were given. Only later did they realise that delayed ment "ain't coming". Now, I will admit that after the FIRST time, people should have had second thoughts about those jobs. HOWEVER, it was just at that time that Lloyd Fan came in, threw Frank Olsen out and stated that he had several potential investors. The exit of Frank Olsen alone was a very hopeful event. No matter what you think of Fan, the remaining employees had good reason to believe that they would be paid, especially when they WERE paid, for a while. Blaming the employees for a bit of loylaty is, in a word, contemptible.

Don't bait the bear........
