"Non disclosing PROMOTION." What is being stated is meaningless in the sense that it has zero to do with damage control. You are talking about "promotion."

Again regarding "damage control" it would be best to contact either [e-mail] or jon@tautachrome. That would be a good starting point.

As far as defending ones investment is concerned. If ones are invested in a stock and they feel from their own personal DD that it is legit then they have every right to defend the stock. Can that be considered a form of "damage control?"
