You are correct. I talked about this, as have some here on the board days ago. In short GP would not have said what he did about news on 9/20. if it wasn't settled. Merger would not be on the table. I also said that we would not leave trips until the news hits next Tuesday , providing it is positive. Right now there are too many Legacy SP owners with multi-millions of shares and let's don't forget Discover , all of which could dump into the news. Right now, Discover appears not to be diluting which in my mind is very positive as they are in the know. It is also positive for trapping shorts. Good luck.
