Yes, ADTM will have its SEC registration revoked by an SEC Admin. Law Judge (ALJ).

From the link below readers can see that 100% of all SEC registered stocks that received an SEC Admin. Proceeding (and an SEC Suspension prior to Sept 2021) for severely delinquent Financials had their SEC registrations revoked. When the ALJ revokes the company's SEC registration the ticker is immediately deleted by FINRA and the stock will no longer be able to trade on any public market. Shareholders will still own stock but the stock will have an identifying number but no ticker/symbol.
