Hmmm? Maybe Pyletech Capital replaced Bluewater Acquisition as the Canadian funding source? Bluewater just recently had its first qualifying transaction so that it could become a valid ticker in Canada so did Fred need to move faster and turned to Pyletech for funding? No idea.

But both firms are Greek backed and into shipping. The question is what is Delfin Midstream Canada ULC and why use this entity to funnel funds to Delfin Midstream, Inc? I honestly have no clue other than knowing as others have mentioned that this project is HUGE. All privately held entities so there is no way of knowing anything. Lots of players coming at us from all sources in what looks to be a most complex project.
