I believe in the work this company is doing, and expect improved personal health from the compounds they will eventually bring to market.

Unfortunately, my zeal for the work they are doing lead me to want to invest in their imminent success, and it cost me over $5K. I am not upset, as my emotions did get the better of me. Indeed, I will continue to invest in the success I believe they will achieve, but with the appropriate long-term orientation.

That said, I do not understand the complete lack of confidence, commitment, enthusiasm, and excitement exhibited by the company's investor relations department. Had this group managed a bit more belief in the work this company is doing, it may have signaled its equity offering as a safe harbor for investors during the current market panic.

I cannot help but wonder, why am I seemingly more confident and enthusiastic about the company's future success than their own investor relations? If I were not emotionally invested in their success, I'm not sure I would have any logical reason to pay any attention.
