I think that you hit the nail on the head. There are many better buys out there now than this one. How many others are sitting on notes in default, a narrative and share structure that makes raising capital from equity impossible, and a balance sheet and debt obligations that likely make new loans extremely difficult.

The clock is ticking on that Leonite June note that hands over the remaining assets of the company. They must do something soon and it likely will not be good for existing shareholders.
