Summary of the Conference - 9/15/22
- 17 Million Cash, No Debt
- According to the data, consumers are shifting towards organic options for baby foods
- They experienced a growth wave from the formula shortage crisis
- Since the beginning of 2022, daily sales on Amazon has doubled
- In May there was a big jump in sales due to the baby formula shortage
- Their subscriber community (these are people who buy their product on a monthly/weekly basis) has grown by 250%
- Their retail and e-tail(retail business conducted online) order frequency and size orders are growing consistently as store sales improve
- They are planning to triple their store count this year (they are in CVS already)
- Announcements of new listings at major national brick & mortar retailers in the coming 2-3 months.
- They are working on up-listing to NASDAQ.
- Amazon invited ELSE into the largest 7 markets in Europe (Audience of 300 million)
- They are talking with retailers now to sell their product in the US (30,000 points of door locations)
- She said entering China will be a matter of weeks then UK, then entering Australia in 2023.
- They are in a LONG-TERM DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT with Baozun which is China's leading E-com FMCG Distributor (This represents about 50% of the total infant formula market in China)
